A business-aligned learning and development strategy
We developed a business-aligned learning and development strategy for middle to senior leaders at a leading regional corporate bank. After interviewing senior stakeholders and studying the bank's digital transformation strategy, we provided a capability gap analysis and an 18-month learning and development plan. Key components included improved knowledge management, machine learning for executives, and consulting skills.
Building talent from within
When developing a business-aligned learning and development strategy for an international facilities management firm that prioritizes internal promotion, we found that employees without fluent English language literacy skills were less likely to engage in career progression. As part of their strategy implementation, we have developed an English language literacy program with a focus on the language skills required for the field of facilities management. The program is being rolled out to 2000 employees and uses artificial intelligence and eye-tracking to provide a clear road map for improvement.
